The growth of container construction
Container construction is a new type of construction, its development history is only 20 years, and container construction has entered our field of vision in the past 10 years.
In the 1970s, British architect Nicholas Lacey proposed the concept of transforming containers into habitable buildings, but it did not receive widespread attention at the time.
Until November 1987, the American architect Phillip Clark legally proposed a technical patent for transforming steel shipping containers into buildings, and the patent was passed in August 1989. Since then, container construction has gradually appeared.
